Hello, My name is Helen and I am a busy mum of 2 based in Bridgend, South Wales. I am a fully qualified and insured member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) with over 13 years experience. I have my own treatment room at Here and Now Holistic Health Centre in Aberkenfig, Bridgend but also work from Pilates Studio Innerpeace Fitness, just off Nolton Street, Bridgend and offer mobile appointments too.
